SHEET A-0Demo

See it in action

A 90-second tour: build the fence, add gates and a backstop, mark up a site plan or a Google Earth snip, and download the full branded set.

SHEET A-1Features

Everything a fence submittal needs, in one place

Built by a fence salesman and project manager who got tired of redrawing the same chain link elevation every week.

Elevations that draw themselves

Height, post spacing, post sizes and weights, rails, tension wire, fabric gauge and coating, slats, barbed wire. Change a field and the drawing updates on the spot.

Gates and backstops

Single and double swing, cantilever slide and overhead track gates, plus baseball backstop plan views with wing angles and post layout.

Your brand on every sheet

Upload your logo and contact details once. They appear on the cover, every drawing and every notes page, and the logo links to your website.

Plan markup and LF takeoff

Drag the job PDF in, set the scale, trace fence runs and drop gate markers. Linear footage and gate counts flow straight into the project.

Ornamental library and manufacturer catalog

For ornamental fence, pick the height, metal, rails, picket top and spacing. Only manufacturer lines verified to fit are listed, and their exact panel detail and spec sheet drop into the set. Search the catalog and keep your own data sheets in the library too.

Nothing to install

Log in from the office or the truck. Updates arrive automatically, so every estimator is always on the current version.

SHEET A-2How it works

From bid to submittal in three steps

Set up your company once

Logo, colors, address, license number, default estimator and standard notes. Upload your spec sheets. Takes about ten minutes.

Configure the job

Choose the fence type and options. Drop in the site plan, set the scale and trace the runs. The footage and gate count fill in for you.

Download the set

One click builds the full PDF: cover sheet, elevations, gate and backstop details, marked-up layout, project notes and matching spec sheets.

SHEET A-3Layout markup

Measure the fence right off the plan

Mark up the GC's site plan the way you would in a PDF editor, with tools made for fence work.

  • Preset architectural and engineering scales, or calibrate from any known dimension
  • Fence-run tool totals linear feet per run and for the whole job
  • Numbered gate markers with opening widths and gate types
  • Text, note boxes, arrows, dimensions, shapes, pen and highlighter
  • Marked-up pages print into your submittal with your logo
L-1 · SITE LAYOUT The markup tool showing a sample civil grading and fence layout plan at 1 inch = 20 feet, with a traced 440 linear foot perimeter fence, a 20-foot double swing gate marker and a note.
SHEET A-4Gate details

Gate details without the CAD seat

Opening width, swing or slide direction, frame and post sizes, hinges, latches and footings, drawn and labeled in a consistent title block.

  • Single and double swing, cantilever and overhead track
  • Concrete, air-driven or plate-mounted posts with footing callouts
  • Box, bulldog or pin hinges; fork, double fulcrum (strong arm) or push bar exit latches
  • Enlarged hardware blow-ups plus a full gate hardware details sheet with schedule
CL-GT-01 · GATE A 20-foot single cantilever slide gate elevation detail with roller support posts, a 10-foot counterbalance tail, dimensions and a title block.

SHEET A-6FAQ

Questions from fence contractors

Do I need to install anything?

No. Log in from Chrome or Edge on any Windows or Mac computer. Updates happen automatically.

Are the drawings to scale?

Elevation, gate and backstop details are schematic (N.T.S.) and fully dimensioned, which is the usual standard for fence submittals. The layout markup tool measures to scale once you set the plan scale.

Is there a product catalog?

Yes. Search fence manufacturers' product lines by product name or keyword, open their official specs and drawings, save the products you use, and add them to job notes. The catalog lists manufacturers only, never installers.

Can I use my own spec sheets and cut sheets?

Yes. Upload PDFs or images for each item (Schedule 40 and SS40 pipe, vinyl fabric, galvanized wire, slats, safety cap, steel posts, latch details). Each is added to the PDF only when that option is selected.

Where is my company information stored?

Your logo, colors, contact details and spec library are saved in your browser. Use Export backup in Company settings to keep a copy or move it to another computer.

Can more than one person use it?

The Crew plan includes up to five user logins for the same company. Need more? Email us for a company plan.

How do I cancel?

Open Account inside the app and cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
